In 2018 DOJO have expanded its product line by adding new, AI-driven, gaming desktop assistant - Zack. It shows users the most important updates about their progress and news from the web. He analyzes and sorts the information about personal set-up and the topics from the web to learn about what’s important to our users, becoming their ultimate gaming companion.
As Junior Influencer Marketing Manager you will become part of an international marketing team, responsible for handling relationships with some of the largest gaming creators on YouTube and Twitch, to score company's further growth and push us to the next level.
If you are a marketing enthusiast, interested in working in gaming industry and knowledgeable about social media creators, streamers and the impact of influencer marketing on user growth, then this might be the right opportunity for you to start your career at Dojo. Affinity for esports and gaming, e.g. Fortnight, CS:GO, League of Legends, Dota 2, is a big plus.

-You will become a valuable and respected member of Dojo Madness and contribute to further success of our products.
-You will Identify, scout and manage relations with social influencers (e.g. on YouTube, Twitch) in a gaming / esports target group and negotiate the deals.
-You oversee our portfolio of influencers and nurture long lasting partnerships with them.
-You take responsibility for constantly monitoring and optimising the campaigns.
-You research and analyse the industry to be always on top of the latest trends.
-You will take ownership for different projects within Dojo Madness marketing team.
-You are a passionate gamer and are enthusiastic about working in this industry.
-You have gained first experience in influencer / digital marketing.
-You have capability to structure strategy, create, optimize and analyse campaigns independently.
-You have a good understanding of the different social media channels out there (i.e. YouTube, Twitch).
-You have excellent communication and negotiation skills.
-You speak fluent English any additional language is a plus.
-You consider yourself as a highly motivated, self-organized and result driven person and understand how to find innovative solutions to problems.
-Experience in Performance Marketing and/or Paid Social (Facebook / Reddit).
-Creativity and love for visual communication.
-Knowledge of Chinese, Korean or Portuguese language.
